This 9,800sqft commercial office went up in the summer of 2012. This beauty had an 8″ concrete core for the main basement and the two attaching wings had 6″ core. At the main floor level the 8″ was transitioned into a 6″ core. This project was specified ICF by the architect. Massive windows required engineered lintel.
